- Experience & Qualifications: Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualification is essential to the role. Will have experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Company carrying out surveying and analytical duties. Will have excellent knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. Familiar with TEAMS / TRACKER systems. Excellent organisational skills. Able to communicate efficiently.
- The Role: Carrying out management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys. 4 stage clearances. Sampling of ACMs. Ensuring to bag and label ACM samples correctly and safely prior to sending to the lab for analysis. Smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing. Attending site to carry out onsite audits. Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports based on site findings.

Our client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy who specialises in providing high quality asbestos management services. They are now looking to take on a qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst in the Yorkshire Region. You will be working on predominantly Commercial sites, working in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines to carry out management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys as well as smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
