What Does a Cover Supervisor Do?
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of learning in the absence of regular teachers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising classes and ensuring students stay on task with their work.
- Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and resources.
- Providing support to students and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Liaising with teaching staff and school administration as needed.
