Cover Supervisor

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
We are currently seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in teaching or those looking to build on previous teaching experience. As a Cover Supervisor, you will need flexibility and initiative as you will supervise students and ensure they complete planned work during the absence of their usual teacher.

Day to day:
Supervise students and ensure they complete their work during the absence of their usual teacher.
Maintain a constructive environment, helping students stay on task and manage the classroom effectively.
Collaborate with teaching staff and follow planned activities.
Handle any immediate issues or emergencies according to the school’s policies and procedures.
Requirements:
NQT or QTS, ECT encouraged to apply
Commitment to optimizing the opportunities available to children and young people.
Ability to manage classrooms and ensure a conducive learning environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
