Position: Level 3 Practitioner
Location: BD4 Area
Working Hours: School Hours, Term Time Only
Apprenticeship Opportunity: Level 5 Apprenticeship Available
About the Role:
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's development, ensuring their safety, and promoting a positive learning environment. You will be working closely with our experienced team to implement high-quality teaching and learning practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for children, with a strong focus on safeguarding and child protection.
- Plan, observe, and assess children's progress to tailor activities to their developmental needs.
- Support the delivery of British values, promoting respect, tolerance, and understanding among the children.
- Be aware of and adhere to Ofsted standards and guidance to maintain high-quality provision.
- Maintain positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the setting through reflective practice and professional development.
Essential Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge and experience in safeguarding, observations, and Ofsted processes.
- Understanding of British values and their integration into everyday practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about working with children and providing high-quality care and education.
- Willingness to undertake a Level 5 apprenticeship qualification (if not already qualified).
