Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner with a strong understanding of safeguarding, British values, and Ofsted requirements? We are looking for someone like you to join our team!

Position: Level 3 PractitionerLocation: BD4 AreaWorking Hours: School Hours, Term Time OnlyApprenticeship Opportunity: Level 5 Apprenticeship Available

About the Role:As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's development, ensuring their safety, and promoting a positive learning environment. You will be working closely with our experienced team to implement high-quality teaching and learning practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for children, with a strong focus on safeguarding and child protection.
  • Plan, observe, and assess children's progress to tailor activities to their developmental needs.
  • Support the delivery of British values, promoting respect, tolerance, and understanding among the children.
  • Be aware of and adhere to Ofsted standards and guidance to maintain high-quality provision.
  • Maintain positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the setting through reflective practice and professional development.

Essential Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in safeguarding, observations, and Ofsted processes.
  • Understanding of British values and their integration into everyday practice.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about working with children and providing high-quality care and education.
  • Willingness to undertake a Level 5 apprenticeship qualification (if not already qualified).
