Job Title: Evening Shift Manager
Salary: Up to £43,000k DOE
Location: Bradford
Hours : Rota - 5 days out of 7. Sundays and Tuesdays are set working days, 1400pm -Finish .
Type: Permanent
Our client based in Bradford is currently has an exciting opportunity for an Evening Shift Manager to join their Team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and forward-thinking person with food production experience.
- Full responsibility for overseeing the production of every shift, ensuring targets are met and your shift is running efficiently and effectively.
Proactively manage your staff ensuring you have the trained operatives to performance all relevant tasks. Ensure you have a plan in place to ensure you have continuous cover for all roles and are working towards multi skilled team.
Manage your supervisor and team leaders to ensure they are delivering on all aspects of their roles efficiently.
KPI- measure your shifts performance against set and agreed .
Ensure Health & Safety guidelines are followed.
Deliver cost improvements through identification and implementation of cost reduction projects
Identify any training requirements for your team. Organise and plan required training where appropriate.
Essential Skills :
- Experience in FMCG/ Food environment
Have a good knowledge of HACCP L3/FSL3
Experience of cultural change
Attention to detail - quality controlling
