Great products at this company and solid order book but a need to update all their working practices and processes and to develop a strong employee centred culture in order to grow and tackle both today's and tomorrow's challenges.  As a result we are looking for a Head of Manufacturing with a history of business transformation through changing not only processes but hearts and minds. With a large team of staff you will need to be able to relate to all levels and get involved at all levels, leading from the front. 

It's a big job but well-rewarded and definitely for those of you who love to challenge yourselves. You'll have the backing of the Board and your own team to mentor and coach until everyone knows what good looks like in a manufacturing sense.

Head of Manufacturing - Experience - Operations, Production, Quality, Supply Chain

* You relish a challenge
* Educated to Degree level or equivalent preferred
* Experience of an assembly focused manufacturing environment
* MRP usage
* CI/Lean knowledge and experience
* Proven track record of Change Management and Business Transformation
