Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration and inquiries.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and disciplinary actions.
  • Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
