Duties & responsibilities:
-To contribute to the execution of workshop tasks, such as:
-Identifying turbocharger part numbers, parts and accessories for job logging.
-Stripping turbochargers down in a strategic order to be able to diagnose failure and report.
-Using different techniques to extract broken studs/bolts to allow for smooth rebuild.
-Washing units to remove any oil/grease
-Finishing process - shot blasting/painting units ready for rebuild
-Keep area clean and tidy
-Opportunities for other duties will develop as progression is made.
We are a small family owned business involved in the reconditioning of turbochargers, the supply of new ones and flash cleaning DPFs. Our business has been established over 30 years.
