Description
- Oversee all operations during the shift
- Supervise the Manufacturing department
- Ensure all safety and quality standards are met
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity
- Coordinate with other Shift Managers for seamless operations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the shift
- Get involved with CI projects
- Provide regular reports on shift performance
- Train and mentor staff to increase their skills and efficiency
