Job Advert: Nursery Manager (Office-Based) - Central Bradford
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Manager to lead a small, independent nursery in the heart of Bradford. If you are passionate about early childhood education, have a strong background in managing nursery operations, and are looking for a new challenge, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care and education.
- Manage scheduling, ensuring adequate staff coverage and smooth operational flow.
- Handle invoicing and financial administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Communicate effectively with external agencies and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Supervise and support staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and children.
Requirements:
- Must hold a Level 3 or above qualification in childcare.
- Proven experience in nursery management, with a strong understanding of office-based operations.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Excellent communication skills, both with internal teams and external agencies.
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in all situations.
