About the Role:As a Payment Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient delivery of payment operation processes. You will provide high-quality support to stakeholders and continuously review and improve current processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices quickly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure fast query resolution.
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers to resolve queries.
  • Reconcile accounts using reconciliation software.
  • Adhere to quality and compliance standards at all times.
  • Support team leaders with audit requirements by providing necessary information and evidence.
  • Use various communication tools, including Microsoft Office and Skype, to interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Interrogate multiple systems simultaneously to complete processes and resolve queries.


Preferred Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:

  • Good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Flexible and quick to pick up new skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to explain issues clearly.


Desirable Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience working within an Accounts Payable Department.
  • Familiarity with finance/procurement systems like SAP and Ariba.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets without compromising on quality.
  • Interest in automation technologies.
