Our client is a specialist mental health service provider with a focus on delivering high-quality care. They operate male and female acute units and a male PICU unit in Bradford, West Yorkshire, offering a range of therapies to support the care pathway towards independent living.

As an RNLD Registered Nurse, you will:

Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations.
Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality.
Attend all training and engage in CPD to further your knowledge and promote nursing.
Ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained collectively with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals under NMC guidelines.
Administer prescribed medicines in line with healthcare procedures and Healthcare Commission guidelines.

The ideal RNLD Registered Nurse will:

Be an RNLD Registered Nurse with a current NMC Pin Number.
Be well-informed of the Mental Health Act 1983 and understand the latest nursing practices.
Focus on patient recovery to monitor, manage, and reduce risk.
Empower and support service user independence.
Have experience working in autism and mental health settings.
Be flexible to work day and night shifts.
