Are you an RNLD Registered Nurse with a passion for mental health and learning disabilities? Our client, a specialist mental health service in Bradford, West Yorkshire, is looking for a dedicated RNLD to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a purpose-built therapeutic environment with a focus on maximising positive outcomes and recovery.

Our client is a specialist mental health service provider with a focus on delivering high-quality care. They operate male and female acute units and a male PICU unit in Bradford, West Yorkshire, offering a range of therapies to support the care pathway towards independent living.

As an RNLD Registered Nurse, you will:

  • Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality.
  • Attend all training and engage in CPD to further your knowledge and promote nursing.
  • Ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained collectively with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals under NMC guidelines.
  • Administer prescribed medicines in line with healthcare procedures and Healthcare Commission guidelines.

The ideal RNLD Registered Nurse will:

  • Be an RNLD Registered Nurse with a current NMC Pin Number.
  • Be well-informed of the Mental Health Act 1983 and understand the latest nursing practices.
  • Focus on patient recovery to monitor, manage, and reduce risk.
  • Empower and support service user independence.
  • Have experience working in autism and mental health settings.
  • Be flexible to work day and night shifts.
