Are you an Estimator with a background in Roofing / Construction looking to join a tightknit company who are offering you the opportunity to be recognized for your industry knowledge as you take on a specialist role?
This company focus on all aspects of Commercial Roofing and Cladding, and their services include installations, repairs and refurbishments, initial surveys, extensions as well as asbestos removal. Due to their continued growth and development, they are looking to add a Commercial Estimator to their small team to support their wealth of services.
In this relaxed office based role you will work closely with the Sales Manager, as you estimate costs for projects, liaise with clients and subcontractors, quote for materials and assist in the preparation of tender submissions. You will be expected to conduct initial site visits in the local area, and will be provided with a company van which can be used for personal use.
This role would suit an Estimator with experience in the Roofing / Construction industry, looking to join a tight-knit team where they will be rewarded and recognized for their contributions to a growing business.
The Role:
- Relaxed / flexible office environment, working in a tight-knit team.
- Conduct initial site visits, liaising with clients and subcontractors.
- Quote for materials and estimate project costs.
The Person:
- Estimator experience in Roofing / Construction.
- Commutable to Bradford.
