Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Support Administrator to join one of their small, dynamic team based at their head office in Bradford (BD1). You will be directly reporting to the Operations Manager. This role involves all aspects of sales and support administration, ensuring smooth transactions and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales and purchase orders using Sage accounts system.
  • Manage transactions with customers and suppliers.
  • Provide general administration for sales orders and job files.
  • Support the Finance Director with inventory stock takes.
  • Field customer queries regarding price and availability.
  • Administer transactions within the CRM system.
  • Assist with stock control and procurement.
  • Answer inbound calls for technical support and log activities.
  • Allocate technical support calls to appropriate engineers.
  • Ensure timely closure of support calls in the CRM system.
  • Provide summary reports on technical support activities.
  • Offer administrative support to the Technical & QHSE Manager, including purchase order processing and quality, health, and safety administration.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Administrator
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable and highly organised
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with CRM systems - Sage is a bonus but not essential
