Sales Advisor

Location: Bradford
Salary: £22,500 - £24,000
Bonus: Uncapped (Earn £400 - £500 per month day one in role from existing customers)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 5:15pm, Friday 8:45am - 4pm
Contract: Full time, permanent contract

A growing business based in Bradford are looking to recruit a number of enthusiastic Customer Service / Sales Agents to join their expanding team.

The role is paying a starting basic salary of £22,500 - £24,000 per annum plus bonus schemes taking your expected overall earnings to be around £28,000 - £30,000. As you will be working with existing customers, you can expect to take home a bonus of £400 - £500 per month straight away.

This role also offers Monday to Friday working hours including a late start / early finish every Friday!

The main duties of the role are:

Working with existing customers to support them with their order process
Spotting opportunities to upsell / cross sell additional items to meet their needs
Informing customers on ongoing promotions offered by the company
Query handling in response to customer requests with the support of clear information and providing professional customer service
Ensure every time you interact with a customer you are determined to provide the customer with the best possible experience.
Have the customer at the heart of everything you do.

To be considered for the role you must possess the following;

Have experience within a previous customer service focused role (call centre, retail, hospitality etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional attitude and telephone manner
Have basic IT skills
