Sales and Retention Advisor

Salary: 23,900 + Commission
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

We are representing a successful and growing local company wanting to expand their team in a friendly and active team based in Leeds. Working alongside incredible corporations such as Iceland, Asda and more in a sales driven environment, working with experts who are trained and experienced in the tech and software industry.

Our client is looking for an ambitious, confident, passionate and driven people, who are looking to be trained and developed their sales experience and progress their careers within a supportive, and encouraging company.

The Key Duties of the Sales and Retention Advisor role:
* Achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
* Achieve minimum daily call KPI targets.
* Inbound/outbound telephone calls contacting customers and businesses
* High level of customer service in a professional environment delivering high quality service.
* Establish a strong working relationship with your Business Development Executives

The Key Skills of the Sales and Retention Advisor role:
* Experience of working with a CRM system/computer is desirable.
* Willingness to continually develop sales skills, strategies, and techniques.
* 1 year experience in telesales (insurance especially)
* The ability to work on your own initiative.
* Customer service and rapport building skills.
