We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our Housing and Hostel team. In this role, you will lead and support a team in providing high-quality accommodation services to individuals in need.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the housing and hostel services.
- Provide leadership and support to staff, ensuring effective service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with external agencies and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Support residents in achieving their personal goals and improving their quality of life.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in housing or hostel settings, particularly with vulnerable populations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- A valid driving license is essential for this role.
