We aim to enlist proficient and experienced temporary contractors in the Healthcare sector, specifically as Healthcare Assistants. To Join our team, you will contribute to delivering person-centred care within these homes, catering to service users with diverse and complex care needs, including those with Dementia. We provide attractive hourly rates, flexible work schedules, and weekly pay.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Uphold scrupulous adherence to ethical standards, legal regulations, and the ethical precepts governing the nursing profession.
  • React adeptly to emergent situations, actively participating in emergency protocols, and delivering critical care when exigencies arise.
  • Administer and maintain medication administration records (MAR charts) by ensuring the inclusion of precise and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain high standards of nursing care is always provided.
  • Take charge and be the point of contact for all staff members on duty.
  • Undertake all duties of a nurse in the home.
  • Provide support to colleagues by assisting with various aspects of care.
  • Make sure that safe care practices are adhered to.
  • Useany mechanical and non-mechanical aids to help the residents when moving.
  • Communicate with other colleagues to ensure smooth and safe practice in the home.
  • Preservesensitive information through the maintenance of strict confidentiality protocols.

Ideal Contractor:

  • Must be hard working and Honest.

  • Must have adequate experience.
  • Must hold a valid DBS.
