As a Deputy Hospital Manager you will receive a salary of £65,000 and will be working 37.5 hours a week Monday Friday 9am 5:30pm, so this role is perfect for worklife balance.
If you was working in this Deputy Hospital Manager role, your responsibilities would be:
- Provide direction and initiatives to drive effective clinical practice and leadership
- Ensure delivery of high-quality clinical and therapeutic care
- Oversee compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards
- Lead and deliver the hospital strategy as part of the Senior Management team
- Provide operational and clinical leadership to the wider staff group
- Qualification as a Senior Mental Health Nurse with at least 2 years of managerial experience
- Significant experience in leading teams and senior practice-based work
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex information and manage challenging circumstances
- Experience in setting and evaluating standards for high-quality care
- Skills in preparing and presenting reports at a senior management level
- Advanced communication and presentation skills to inspire and enthuse others
