Are you an experienced Deputy Hospital Manager (RMN/RNLD) looking for a new challenge? Our client is seeking a passionate and focused individual to join their team at a leading private hospital in Wyke, Bradford. This role comes with a salary of £65,000 a year and amazing benefits!

The hospital is dedicated to creating a positive working environment with a focus on patient-centred care and service improvement. It offers a range of services, with 3 wards including Acute, PICU, and Specialised Autism Spectrum Disorder ward, all supported by a friendly and welcoming multidisciplinary team.

As a Deputy Hospital Manager you will receive a salary of £65,000 and will be working 37.5 hours a week Monday Friday 9am 5:30pm, so this role is perfect for worklife balance.

If you was working in this Deputy Hospital Manager role, your responsibilities would be:
  • Provide direction and initiatives to drive effective clinical practice and leadership
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality clinical and therapeutic care
  • Oversee compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards
  • Lead and deliver the hospital strategy as part of the Senior Management team
  • Provide operational and clinical leadership to the wider staff group
The ideal candidate for the Deputy Hospital Manager (RMN/RNLD) role will have:
  • Qualification as a Senior Mental Health Nurse with at least 2 years of managerial experience
  • Significant experience in leading teams and senior practice-based work
  • Ability to interpret and analyse complex information and manage challenging circumstances
  • Experience in setting and evaluating standards for high-quality care
  • Skills in preparing and presenting reports at a senior management level
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills to inspire and enthuse others
