The role 
Vision for Education is currently recruiting a Higher Lever Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a Primary school in Bradford to start in January on a Full-Time basis. The ideal candidate will hold a level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification and will have recent experience in a Primary School working as a HLTA.

The school 
This school has a ‘good’ Ofsted rating and is dedicated to creating a ‘unified and caring community of learners.’ A large Primary school that welcomes a diverse range of pupils and are looking for a candidate that can communicate effectively with pupils from a variety of backgrounds.

Requirements 
The desired HLTA will have:

• Have experience working with Primary School aged children.   

• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of support staff.

• Have a passion for helping to support teaching staff across all subjects.
