Responsibilities

Teaching Assistant.
Behaviour management.
Supporting learners with a range of needs
Engaginga young person in learning through a range of methods.
Deliveringinterventionsessions for learners.
Supporting learners with EHCPs.
Genral Classroom support.
Social, Emotional and HealthSupport.

Requirements

A range of behaviour management techniques.
Expereince working in Primary sector.
To have worked with learners with a range of needs.
To be able to commit to working at the school for long period of time.
Experience delivering evidence-based interventions that accelerate learning.
Experience support learners with SEN/SEMH needs.
Confident in delivering intervention sessions.
