Experienced Cover Supervisors - Veritas Education
Location: Bradford Area, West Yorkshire
Position: Full-Time and Ad-Hoc Roles Available

Veritas Education is seeking experienced and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be working with our partner schools in the Bradford area, providing high-quality support to both teachers and students in the absence of regular teaching staff. Whether you're looking for a full-time role or prefer more flexible, ad-hoc opportunities, we have positions to suit your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classes in the absence of the teacher.
- Ensure that students are engaged in learning activities and maintain high standards of classroom discipline.
- Support students' academic progress by providing assistance with tasks and ensuring their wellbeing.
- Assist with the delivery of lesson plans and maintain continuity in the classroom.
- Build strong relationships with students and staff to promote a positive learning environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role is essential.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A proactive, flexible approach with a genuine passion for supporting students' education.
- DBS check (or willing to undergo one).
