Field Service Technician

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a global chemical manufacturer to recruit a Field Service Technician covering the Midlands, Manchester and Yorkshire Regions.Salary: c£45-50K pa, +  bonus + company car. Hours: Monday to Friday days and some overnight stays

Our client is looking for a dynamic, driven, and customer-oriented Field Service Technician to provide on-site technical support for the service,  installation, calibration, and maintenance of complex production equipment.

Duties of the Field Service Technician include:

• Carry out routine service calls and visits to maintain and serviceequipment
• Technical support for troubleshooting and reactive maintenance needs
• Undertake service and repair of products and systems to deliver against customer requirements
• Support the technical requirements of business and management teams
• Keep accurate records and management reports and provide training to customers and colleagues

We would be keen to speak with Field Service Technicianswiththe following:

• Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent with a solid understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and control systems
• 18th Edition certified
• Experience working in acustomer facingfield service engineer or technical support role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• A logical and analytical approach totrouble-shooting and problem solving

Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be flexible to attend emergency call-outs.
