Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a fantastic business as they look to recruit a permanent HR Manager based in Bradford.

HR Manager

Bradford - hybrid working

Permanent and Full time

Up to £41k Depending on experience

As the HR Manager, you will ensure the efficient operational management of the companies HR function including Employee Relations, Recruitment and Reward.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Provide advice and support to line managers with a range of complex HR queries and issues during the employee life-cycle.
  • Assist and support managers with complex Employee Relations cases including absence, conduct and capability.
  • To recruit, train and support HR team members.
  • Line manage a HR team of 3.
  • Oversee and manage the full recruitment process.
  • Provide coaching and training to new line managers on HR policies and procedures.

We are looking for:

  • Experience gained within a HR Management role with effective people management experience.
  • Excellent experience managing ER casework from start to finish.
  • Very strong communicator both written and verbal.
  • IT Proficient in particular Microsoft excel.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified but not essential.
