We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team in Bradford. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support the smooth operation of our HR department and contribute to key processes across the employee lifecycle.

Description



HR Administrator - Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring all paperwork and processes are completed efficiently.
  • Recruitment Administration: Coordinate job postings, manage applications, schedule interviews, and liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
  • HR Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, absence, and training records.
  • Payroll Support: Provide accurate data to the payroll team, including updates on new starters, leavers, and changes to employee details.
  • DBS Checks: Manage DBS applications and audits to ensure compliance.
  • Sickness and Absence Tracking: Record and monitor sickness and absence, flagging any concerns to the HR team.
  • Training Coordination: Ensure staff are signed up for relevant training and that the training system is kept up to date.
  • General Administration: Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including responding to queries, preparing letters, and supporting with HR projects.

HR Administrator - What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar HR administration role is desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Familiarity with HRIS systems (desirable but not essential).
  • Attributes:
