Description
The Role:
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the business.
- Manage and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Handle absence and holiday tracking, ensuring accurate records are kept.
- Assist with HR compliance and policy updates in line with employment law.
- Respond to general HR queries from employees and managers.
- Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate data entry.
Profile

- Previous experience in an HR administration or similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
