Our client is a highly successful business working within the world of supply chain in Bradford. They are looking to recruit an additional Account Manager to add to their growing team. This role is open to different levels of experience, however ideally you will have experience within a similar Account Management within packaging, supply chain or a product related business, where customers are at the heart of everything that you do. This opportunity will allow you to develop your skills within Supply Chain Account Management, working within a highly successful team with some well-known organisations within FMCG.

What you will be involved with as a Account Manager:
- You will be a key point of contact for all customers, providing product and service information, quotes, and being supportive with all queries.
- You will take and process orders and liaise with departments internally, including the Warehouse to assess stock levels, and communicate these effectively.
- Some stock analysis work, assessing stock levels working via Excel.
- Working on client projects and keeping them informed on time frames and any possible changes to these.
- Keeping the CRM system updated with changes and all customer contact.
- Working with ERP systems like SAP to process orders.
What you need to be a successful Account Manager:
- Experience gained within Account Management within a similar business - packaging, supply chain or product led. Or, a very strong customer or sales support led experience, looking for a new challenge.
- Any exposure to working with SAGE or SAP would be an advantage.
- Able to work within a busy and fast paced environment where deadlines are a natural part of your role.
- Strong communication skills, able to liaise at all levels with ease and build those relationships.
- Strong numerical skills to work with stock numbers.
- Excellent data and analytical capabilities.
