Infrastructure Support Analyst | Bradford

Up to £35,000 dependent on experience

We're looking for an enthusiastic & driven individual to join an industry leading, tech led organisation! This technology driven company has a dedicated IT Department covering Infrastructure, Development, testing and Change Management. You're group goal is to deliver, manager and provide IT Services across the group, ensuring that the organisation as the best possible experience and is further enabled by technology.

As an Infrastructure Analyst you'd be a critical part of their Infrastructure Team, working across various IT areas and involved in both BAU activities and projects!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide IT Support for users and customers through a helpdesk ticketing system
  • Own the end to end resolution of requests from diagnosis to resolution
  • Procurement, build and implementation of endpoint devices (Laptops/ PCs, Printers, Scanners, Telephony etc)
  • Support AD, Azure AD and wider Microsoft 365
  • Help to manager the Windows Server environment (physical and virtual and Cloud)
  • Support infrastructure projects end to end

This is mainly a Microsoft focused environment which includes;

  • Windows Servers, Microsoft Azure virtual Machines
  • O365, Intune, Sharepoint Online
  • VMWare
  • Firewalls, Switchers & Routers
  • Mobile Device Management
  • Monitoring Software.

We're looking for someone with 1-3 years experience that is looking to take that next step in their career! With no silos you'll be in a great position where you can learn in a varied, hands on role!

Due to the nature of the organisation this is an office based role so you do need to be based a commutable distance away.
