Insights & Reporting Manager (BI/ Power BI / North West)
Location : West Yorkshire
Salary : Up to £75,000 plus benefits

About the Role

We're looking for a BI / Insights Manager to join an industry leading organisation that are going through a period of growth due to continued success! You'll be joining to mature and grow out their Insights & Reporting function, encouraging collaboration and business partnering to further support and push the wider data strategy!

This will be a hands on role where you'll utilise your Data background with some Financial Services experience, to mentor, encourage and support the current reporting team as well as educating the wider business with the support of the Data Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of data-driven insights and performance reporting across the organisation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide actionable KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and automation of reporting tools and solutions for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of reporting processes in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and IT, to support business growth initiatives.
  • Utilise your proven experience within a Financial Services organisation
  • Further support the adoption and use of Power BI (previous, strong experience of Power BI is essential)
