GI Group are recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join our team at a well-established client based in Bradford, our client is globally known for their advanced technology with innovative turbocharger technology located in BD4 on the Euro-way industrial estate.Basics- Rate: £11.54ph Starting Rate - Shift: Days/Mornings- Monday to Thursday 6am to 2pm/ Friday's 6am to 12.30 - Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Rate: £11.54 (Overtime rates paid at a higher rate) Overtime rate dependent on when completed.- Uplifts are available dependent on satisfactory review:* After 12 weeks - Uplift 1 - £12.11* After 24 weeks - Uplift 2 - £12.67Duties:* Working as part of a team on multiple assembly lines throughout the site. * Building up different types of vehicle turbos from engineering drawings and schematics.* Build using small components and various hand tools. * Intricate assembly work using small delicate parts. * Candidates will need to have good hand eye coordination and excellent attention to detail to ensure each build has great quality.Ideally: * You will have experience in an assembly environment.* Have experience using hand tools, jigs and other equipment. * Have access to your own vehicle to be able to commute to and from work due to location and shift times *All training is provided*What we offer:* Lockers * Onsite Gym* Subsidised canteen* Onsite parking* Large fridges to store packed lunch* Break out areasAll candidates will need to be subject to a successful drugs screening, which will take place at point of interview and will take around 30 minutes.
