Key Responsibilities of Commercial Insurance Broker:

Manage and grow a portfolio of SME and Corporate insurance clients
Process client accounts using Acturis insurance software
Develop strong relationships with Leeds businesses through regular contact
Identify insurance gaps and client exposures in commercial sectors
Negotiate with insurers for new business, renewals, and policy amendments
Achieve high client retention rates (>90%) and new business conversion
Provide expert commercial insurance advice to Leeds-based businesses

Requirements for Commercial Insurance Broker:

Proven experience in commercial insurance broking, especially with SME clients
In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and market trends
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Acturis or similar insurance broking systems
