Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarder with expertise in multi-modal freight modes, including air, sea, and road.
Candidates should have experience in managing Imports and Exports, preferably within a freight forwarding or similar business.
The position offers a salary ranging from £27,000 to £32,000, depending on experience.
The role is office-based in Bradford, with working hours from 9 am to 5:30 pm and includes progression opportunities and training.

We are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarder covering multi-modal freight mode (air, sea & road) experienced within either Imports / Exports This role is working for a well established company with a longstanding team located in Bradford.In this role, you'll be responsible for managing end to end shipments for regular customers. The company exports to various locations so we will consider candidates with any experience within freight forwarding.Main duties to include:

Managing all Inbound Queries
Obtaining the best prices from carriers and negotiating rates
Ensuring customers have the correct solution that meets their needs
Ensure all shipments have the correct documentation
Update customers and carriers with any changes
Resolve queries relating to lost, damaged or delayed shipments
Managing Clients

We are looking for:

Experience of managing Imports / Exports
Experience in a freight forwarder or similar business
Excellent communication skills
Someone who is organised and sees tasks through to completion
Ability to work to deadlines
