Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage a team of warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, and goods-in personnel, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
  • Streamline Operations: Develop and implement efficient processes that guarantee accuracy in stock management and order despatch.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all quality issues are addressed promptly, adhering to ISO and audit standards to maintain zero non-conformances.
  • Cost Management: Control costs against budget while recovering labour based on activity levels.
  • KPI Management: Maintain and report on key performance indicators weekly, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Safety First: Uphold workplace health and safety standards, ensuring a secure environment for all employees and stock.
  • Cross-Site Coordination: Collaborate with other sites to ensure seamless operations and holiday cover as needed.
