Your role-
- Support the wider planning team with all administration support.
- Liaise with clients via phone and email.
- Ensure all information is accurate.
- Follow procedures and standards when completing work.
- Check and verify the accuracy of information and documents.
- Obtain information and quotes.
- Use bespoke inhouse systems for relevant tasks.
- Always maintain confidentiality in line with company policies.
About you-
- Experience working within financial services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Can work independently using initiative.
