Commercial Property Solicitor - Hybrid - Partnership Opportunity

SJC Legal is working with a highly reputable, 3 office law firm in Yorkshire who are currently looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their high performing Commercial Property department. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with a passion for commercial property law looking for a step up to Salaried Partner level. The firm is willing to offer Partnership title to a solicitor looking for that next step in their career and are ideally looking for someone with a minimum of 4 years PQE.

Role Overview:

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload, advising clients on a wide range of commercial property matters including:

  • Advising clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord-tenant matters.
  • Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial leases, sale and purchase agreements, and related documents.
  • Assisting with property development and planning matters.
  • Conducting due diligence and managing property-related risks.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years' experience in commercial property law.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law and the ability to handle a variety of transactions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach to legal practice.
  • Experience in a client-facing role and a track record of building client relationships.
