Employment Lawyer needed in Bradford, £24.28ph PAYE - Reference: 5256661

Undertaking all aspects of employment litigation including advocacy work , drafting  responses , settlements agreements and  liaising with the ET ,ACAS and private practice solicitors.

To conduct advisory work to senior officers, members and committees on all aspects of employment law , policy and procedures including discrimination , equality duties, whistleblowing  and TUPE.

Clerking employee appeals and advising on grievance and disciplinary appeal hearings. Advising HR on council policies and procedures.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
