Description

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to operational teams in lean manufacturing techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices.
  • Monitor and report on performance against key performance indicators.
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of standard operating procedures.
  • Support the implementation of new equipment and processes.

Profile

A successful Continuous Improvement Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing training.
  • Proven experience delivering Continuous Improvement projects.
  • A strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Proficiency in using standard industry software tools.
