Our client, a long-established, full-service law firm based in Bradford, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their property team.

Daily Duties

  • Supporting with Sales and Purchase files from instruction through to completion
  • Liaising with clients and agents over the phone, face to face and by email
  • Drafting documents
  • Opening files on the case management system
  • Billing.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant
  • Exposure to Sales and Purchase is advantageous.
