A new opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant to become part of the small, friendly conveyancing department in this thriving office (salary up to £26,000pa). Supporting on a one-to-one basis, this is an involved Conveyancing Assistant opportunity where excellent training and mentoring will be available.

Duties:

  • Client care, providing updates via phone, email and occasionally in person
  • Undertaking searches
  • Checking documents
  • Preparing files for exchange and completion
  • Using the Land Registry online portal
  • General administration to ensure each transaction is processed smoothly

Required skills:

  • Previous experience within property law
  • Proficiency in MS Office
