Our client in Bradford are seeking a Litigation Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity within this long-established and highly regarded law firm to handle high quality defendant fast track claims.

Daily Duties

  • Handling a varied defendant caseload from commencement of litigation to trial and occasionally handling pre-litigation matters
  • Providing excellent client care
  • Complying with the risk management procedures.

Skills

  • 3 years’ experience in a PI litigation role is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
