This friendly, medium sized Yorkshire law firm are seeking a Paralegal / Post Completion Assistant to join their thriving Property team in the Bradford office (Salary up to £26,000).

Daily Duties

  • Progressing files once conveyancing transaction is completed
  • Using the Land Registry portal
  • Paying stamp duties and any other costs
  • Closing and archiving files.

Skills

  • Previous experience within Property law is desirable
  • Previous secretarial experience is essential
