Warehouse Manager - Cash and Carry - Bradford
Salary:38k to 40k per annum

About the Role:We are recruiting a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager for our client in Bradford. This role involves overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including staff management, inventory control, and maintaining high standards of health and safety. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills in managing fast-paced warehouse environments.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule staff, ensuring efficient rota management.
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including stock replenishment and staff training.
- Maintain adequate stock levels and oversee stock inwards and outwards processes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Report regularly to the Operations Director on warehouse performance and customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain processes, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in forklift operations (CB or Reach licences preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with profit & loss management and continuous improvement practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Additional Information:
- Full-time position, 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexibility in hours.
- Manage a team of 35 staff members across various shifts from early morning to late night.
- Immediate start available.
