Description
- Carry out routine maintenance on all production equipment.
- Identify and implement improvements to increase equipment efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and solve production issues.
- Ensure all machinery is compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Provide training to other staff members on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Participate in project work to install new equipment or upgrade existing machinery.
- Document all maintenance work and report any major issues to management.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of spare parts and tools required for maintenance work.

A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:
