Shift:Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 16:00 Friday 07:00 to 12:00

Rate:20.43 Per hour (41,432.04 per annum)

Job Summary:

Engineer undertaking preventitive and breakdown maintenance of a large variety of CNC and mechanical machine tools. Working with the Maintenance Team Leader.

Duties:

Responsible for the upkeep and maintenace of a large range of CNC machine tools, mechanical machinery, ancillary equipment and facility infrastructurePPM, Routine machine servicing, record keeping.Reactive maintenance. Fault finding, diagnostics.Improvement activities Maintain standards of health, safety and hygine in the workplace

Requirments:

  • Possess an NVQ or BTEC level 3 subject or can demonstrate equivalent knowledge Experience of motors, bearings, pumps, valves, mechanical drive systems, hydraulics, cooling systems.Fork lift truck, cherry picker, scissor lift experience.
  • Electrical bias, PLC, Fanuc, Siemens exeperince preferred.
  • Understand HSEQ Standards & requirements.
  • Ensuring safe working systems and practices are followed using permit to work and lock out tag out systems
  • Skilled in reading schematic drawings
