Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to group Safety policies and promote a culture of safety within your area of responsibility.
Lead, motivate, and develop the Engineering team, setting and reviewing goals.
Provide support in the development and improvement of safe systems of Work.
Deliver a high-quality service to customers, managing quality issues and participating in audits.
Maintain facility and equipment to high standards, implementing robust PPM systems.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in manufacturing processes.
Manage budgets for labour, materials, and capital expenditure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production, quality, and cost efficiency's.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
Demonstrable experience in managing engineering teams and projects.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage changing priorities.
Manufacturing experience, preferably in the textile industry.
Proficiency in IT and ERP software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and management abilities.
