We have an incredible opportunity for an Operations Manager to join one of the UK’s fastest growing organisations. We are looking for someone with a strong leadership and management background, who can oversee a number of sites, ensuring KPI’s are met and deliver agreed strategic plans within budget.
Salary - £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + upto 15% annual Bonus
Location – West Yorkshire
The successful candidate will –
- Have strong leadership and operational management experience, ideally within transportation, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, aerospace, rail, automotive sectors.
- Have a positive attitude and work ethic
- Have the ability to lead a team effectively in order to achieve operational goals as laid out in the overall organisational strategy
- Have the ability to bring about change and create a positive culture
- Be data literate
- Be able to have effective working relationships with all levels across the organisation.
