As Engineering Manager your duties & responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of design engineers
- Leading on the technical development of products and customer solutions
- Coach, mentor, and manage a team of multi-disciplinary design and development engineers
- Hands on leadership of all aspects of design process innovation
- Managing day to day work allocation and project progress
- Providing technical expertise, documentation and reports
The Engineering Manager will need:
- Degree qualification in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- A good understanding of technical mechanical engineering
- Experience of managing, mentoring or coaching others
- Hands on leadership experience with the ability to grow a team
- Excellent communication and people skills
