A West Yorkshire based machinery specialist are looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer due to a large uplift in international projects. This company design and manufacture bespoke machines from small precision pieces through to capital equipment.
Working alongside the Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, youll assist in the day to day running of the design office. This will include the design and development of a new wave of company products, utilising 3D CAD (Solidworks) to design sheet metal fabrications and complex mechanical parts.
With projects booked in for the foreseeable future, this is a great time to become part of an established and growing Engineering firm who offer frequent progression into more Senior positions.
Mechanical Design Engineer Requirements:
- Degree or HNC/D in Engineering
- Strong 3D CAD Solidworks
- Experience with Sheet Metal Fabrication
- Special Purpose Machinery background (desirable)
