Alongside this, you may receive funded training, attain management qualifications and further technical development.The company are the UK's only supplier of a specialist product looking to continually grow and broaden their client base giving you the opportunity to pioneer design on a bespoke, and niche product list.You will be responsible for the full product design using Solidworks CAD as well as the management of a team of design engineers ensuring the products functionality on a client by client basis.This role would suit a mechanical design engineer looking to become a senior go-to engineer, lead a team and showcase your skills.The Role:

• Design material handling and hoist products for clients using SOLIDWORKS CAD
• 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
• Occasional site travel and travel abroad dependent on orders
• Responsibility for all stress testing (FEA), liaison with customers/sales team, and fully costed estimates

The Person:

• **Must be a British National due to specific security clearance**
• Experience with SOLIDWORKS CAD including FEA and MathCAD or equivalent
• HNC/HND qualification or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline
• Knowledge of Hydraulic equipment beneficial
• Structural Steel background would be an advantage
